NURSERY Nursery Care: Our Honey Bee Nursery is open to serve you and your child ages birth through 24 months during each of our weekend services. Check out some helpful tips to better prepare for your baby's first visit Nursery Tips and Guidelines LOCATION The nursery is located in Building B, Room B111 on the Northeast corner of the campus. DROPPING OFF AND REGISTERING YOUR CHILD Upon your first visit, please fill out the Honey Bee enrollment form carefully; including instructions, allergies, feeding time etc. Sign your child in on the attendance sheet. You will be given a pager that will vibrate lightly if you are needed in the nursery. PICKING UP YOUR CHILD Bring your pager back to the nursery when you pick up your child. The pager is your claim check. Children are not released with out their corresponding pager. Young siblings are not allowed to pick up babies. NURSING MOTHERS Please use our Nursing Mother's Room to nurse your baby. It is located adjacent to the Nursery. DIAPER BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS Pacifiers must be attached to your child's clothing. Please have your bottles labeled and prepared for the teacher to use. Diapers, wipes and powder are all provided in our nursery. A Nursery Supervisor will change your little one's messy diaper if necessary. THIS IS A WELL-CHILD NURSERY If your child has had a fever, yellow or green runny nose, diarrhea, pink or goopy eyes, or vomiting in the past 24 hours, please keep your child with you during service. If we have questions regarding your child's health, we will page you. MEDICATIONS We are NOT ALLOWED to give or apply any type of medication. If your child needs medication, a parent must administer it. For safety, please do not keep any medication in your diaper bag. |
