So what is a Back Yard Adventure?
1st - It is a place where children from our neighborhoods who may not know Jesus can come together with their friends to play games, laugh, create projects and share snacks together, all while learning who Jesus is and how much He loves each one of them.
2nd - It is an opportunity for 30 hosts to intentionally reach out to the children in their neighborhoods with the Gospel by inviting children to come to a Back Yard Adventure, in their back yard or at a neighborhood park.
3rd - It is an opportunity for God to use you to be a part of seeing children respond to the Gospel. Whether you host a Back yard Adventure in your home, or join with a samll team to direct the children through their Back Yard Adventure, you will be partnering with God as He draws His lost children to faith in His Son Jesus.
4th - The clubs will conclude with a Family Fun Fair held here at the church on Friday evening. This will be a chance for families of all the children to come here to SPCC and enjoy a GREAT time together with our church family. It will also be a time to recognize the children who participated in the Back Yard Adventure and invite them and their families to join us at SPCC on the weekends.
Back Yard Adventures will be held July 14-16, followed by the Family Fun Fair on July 17th.
