Having made it through two weeks of running with no problems other than sore muscles, my achilles has started flaring up again: DRAT! (So much for my brilliant self-diagnosis on the Statin drug)

So, I took the last week off and will give it another whirl today or tomorrow. Maybe I'll have to try running a bit slower, if that's even physically possible. I think they call that "walking fast."

 At least it looks like I will finally have the opportunity to run in temperatures above 50 degrees!
